Welcome to Palmetto House Bakery, a BOUTIQUE bake HOUSE SPECIALIZING IN WEDDING & LARGE EVENT CAKES as a well as DESSERT TABLES with ASSORTED BAKED GOODS. Custom orders only, no walk ins. Due to high demand, we are not making small cakes at this time and focus on only large events or orders with a minimum of $300. We deliver to all event spaces within Volusia county and are licensed and Insured.

We are a local small cottage bakery and while we love what we do, we also work additional jobs and enjoy parenting our young son. This means we have a limited schedule to make quality time for our clients, plus balance out home life. If the Volusia County schools are out of session, we will be as well. This also means we only take a certain number of orders a year. Most clients contact us many many months in advance to make sure they can get on our calendars before they fill up. We continue to operate and create custom designs for people for the love of bringing something special to the community, and do not want to lose that due to burnout. We appreciate your understanding of this need for balance. If you need something to be created during times when the bakery is not in operation, we have a small list of trusted local bakers that are fantastic and would be happy to send you a referral to who we would use too 😉
